To be eligible for a return:

3. Refunds

If approved:

• Refunds will be sent to your original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund if the issue is confirmed.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong product was sent by us

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.
